Another weather icon for *frostykat13 who is quickly building one of the biggest icon libraries from me, I think xD A certain other somebody has competition! But anyhow, this is Festive Flags and I got to draw something colourful and silly for this one. I also tried a bit of a "hill" effect to break the usual monotony. I like how it came out.
