This is a kinda really late upload for *makohi and I'm glad to finally be uploading it <_> One of the handful of people I've been really slow with since September/October.
I had fun with this, anyways! From the character readings and references, this is Teala, and on the left is her magical girl form, Blu :P I honestly really enjoy that they share the same colour scheme but used in different ways. It almost makes them look like sisters, but they are indeed the same person, and Teala has a fashion sense I can get behind, if you know me >.>

Er uh well, my favorite part is probably the white boots, it's a good color mix at the top with lines of depth and readable buckles! You got in a lot of readable details elsewhere, too! Especially around the, uh, the uh, um, the legal clothing requirement And half-naked half-anime girls standing with their feet pointing inwards is your style, heh... No wonder you're good at it! Certainly they can wear whatever they like, and it's a point of beauty for people, no harm in that. It's just kind of surreal, you know? It's like if 99% of people loved apricots and wore apricots and made apricot art and wrote stories about people eating apricots while eating apricots. It's like, "What's up with apriots? Okay with the apricots!"
But that's nothing against you or your work! I could say more good things about these two, but I feel like I'm invading their privacy somehow
