BLAME PWEANUT. HE ASKED FOR THIS. BLAME HIM 
ACTUALLY I KINDA LIKE IT.
For the sake of actual artist talk, something I was trying to do here was cover up her whole behind with the skirt (which is to say, cover up her behind from behind, like with Fae's longer clothing), but no matter how I shaded or shaped it it just looked moronic, and unfortunately I had to settle for this. It looks good, but considering the nature of it, it's not what I meant to happen xD If I can, I'll find an excuse to practice Ponies in skirts where they're properly clothed. There's never a wrong time to keep practicing clothing.
